Uganda :Uganda military people defence force suspends all cooperation with Germany.

Uganda’s military defence force (UPDF)suspends all defence cooperation with Germany ,in a statement made by UPDF  the spokesman said the decision was attributed to the conduct of the Germany Ambassador to Uganda.

Mathias Schauer who is accused of aligning with hostile pseudo political military forces operating against the Ugandan government .

The envoy and other EU diplomats last week met the main opposition  party NUP ,prompting a furious reaction from UPDF chief Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

A few days later, government ,through President Museveni’s brother Gen Salim Saleh,apologized to the EU envoys over gen Muhoozi’s conduct,however he has not stopped the social media campain.

The statement made by UPDF the suspension will remain in force until the full resolution of the matter of the ambassador’s involment .
